Step 1: Sign up/Create an account on Airmeet
Step 2: Click on “Create an event from scratch” and choose the event template from virtual and hybrid.
Step 3: Enter details like “Event Name,” “Start Date and Start Time,” “End Date and End Time,” “About the Event,” etc.
Your event is created. Now you can add, edit, and personalize the format as required.
Step 4: Add sessions & speakers. Personalize profiles, add details, map them to sessions, and more.
Step 5: Click on “Customize Landing Page” to review the event’s overall look and customize the landing page further.
Step 6: Go to the “Event Entry” in the “ Registration” header and select the attendee entry type from the given options.
Step 7: Go to the “Branding” header to customize different event spaces—Event Branding, Landing Page, Reception, Stage, and more.
Step 8: Once you are done with adding details and the event customization, go to “Emails,” select the template, draft & edit emails, and sent out the invitations, reminders, etc.
Step 9: Click on “Start Event” 1-2 hours prior to the sales kickoff. This will allow your team members to enter the event.
